All 3 of my children went through treatment here and their smiles are BEAUTIFUL! They receive compliments all the time :) My youngest daughter was usually very nervous going to any doctor or dentist and she loved going here for her appointments. All of the assistants truly care and it shows!

As an adult who was hesitant to begin the orthodontic process, I can confidently say that the process has mostly definitely been worth the time. The entire Williams & Hamman team are professional without question, but more importantly, have made me feel like family and at home over this past 3 year journey. Highly recommend!

Waited until my 30s to get braces and came to see Dr. Hamann for a second opinion after another orthodontist told me I would have to get a tooth removed before treatment. Luckily Dr. Hamann was able to treat me without removing any of my teeth and I finally have a great smile! Everybody at the office is super professional and courteous. The 40 minute drive from my place in Memphis was totally worth it!

This is the most family friendly and loving Orthodontist office around! I have been coming here for over 3 years and have never had anything short of an amazing experience. They are always sitting with you while you are waiting in the chairs to start friendly conversations, and never fail to genuinely make sure that everything is great with your service!

Dr. Hamman is the best! At my first initial visit, when I was considering getting braces, Dr. Hammond took the time to explain several things and together we came up with a plan that works well for me. The entire staff is friendly from the front desk at check-in to the girls that work in the back. I always have a great experience! I recommend Williams and Hammond Orthodontics to anyone who asks where I got my braces. They recently moved into a new office that’s conveniently located and it is very nice and spacious.

All of the staff was very kind and knowledgeable. They were very patient, and attentive to detail. Every time I came in, I felt like an individual patient, and not just somebody to run through the mill. Dr. Hamman was very kind, kept me up to date with my progress, and explained each step thoroughly. All of the assistants were always in good spirits, and were genuinely invested in my wellbeing, going as far as to remember my daughter, and ask how school was going for her. Great place, great people, great experience!

Soo sweet and always makes me feel so welcoming I love them I was having a problem and frustrated with my prescription and Brittany took the time to get everything straighten out for me! i had a wonderful experience at williams and hamman orthodontics!! i went in for a braces consultation when i didn’t want braces but was ultimately leaning towards them for health reasons - the second i mentioned that i really didn’t wanna get braces to dr hamman he started coming up with alternatives for me as well as explaining the process of what it’d be like if i did choose to get braces. it was a very personal experience and it’s very clear that dr hamman has plenty of expertise as well as prioritizes the patients and will find the best option for you depending on your situation!! would definitely recommend and would be my go-to if i ever decide to get braces ^^

I waited until I got old to get brace's, at first I was a little embarrassed but Dr. Hamman and his staff makes you feel like family, I’ve share a lot with them from the color you choose every 6 weeks, to dogs pictures and Taylor Swift dropping her record at 2am in the morning. My advice to the world is don’t wait too late and please go with Dr. Hamman he’s a sweetheart!!

Great office! Front desk is very nice and polite. The office is super clean. Scheduling was easy. The assistants were all very sweet and comforting. Dr. Williams spoke to us in depth about everything and even stuck around and chatted with us about volleyball. My daughter left saying how nice he was and that she liked him a lot. The financial part was discussed thoroughly and we were given copies of everything. There is a reason Dr. Williams has been practicing for so long and you see it as soon as you walk in the door.

When calling for more rubber bands to deciding “what color to get next”, it was all part of the inclusive plan that goes along with braces. I absolutely love WHO! This is my second round of braces, and I have had such a great experience. As an adult, I was a little unsure about wearing metal braces again, but the staff at WHO were very encouraging and supportive throughout my process. I’ve been a patient now for a year, and each visit is very pleasant. My questions are always thoroughly answered and any concerns I have are always acknowledged. Awsome experience got my braces put on in 1997. Dr.Williams was very professional and still is today along with his staff. After getting my braces off I had to get a bonded retainer put on the bottom teeth. I had to get another retainer put on due to it breaking after 15 years. The service today was A1. I recommend anyone to use there service,you will be pleased.

Great staff. It was an exciting morning. I was the first one there. The employee that let me in was cheerful and professional. Wow, then suddenly, the alarm goes off. She forgot to disable the alarm.
