Kristy has been with the Williams & Hamman team for over 30 years. She also works as a preschool teacher’s assistant. She loves it when kids that she taught in her classroom come into the office for orthodontic treatment and she gets to be a part of their lives at two such important times. Kristy enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children.
Melissa
Chairside Assistant
Melissa joined Williams & Hamman Orthodontics team in 2021, and she has felt like part of the WHO family from day one. She started out at the front desk and then quickly realized that she wanted to be a part of the clinical team and completed her assistant training. She enjoys getting to see the confidence patients have after they get their braces off. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hunting and fishing, cooking, reading, and traveling.
Morgan
Financial Coordinator
Morgan has been a Registered Dental Assistant since October 2020. She joined the WHO team in 2023. One of her favorite parts about her job is seeing the confidence patients develop after their orthodontic treatment. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys hanging out with her husband and dogs, traveling, spending time with friends and being outside.
Lisa
Hygienist & Records Coordinator
Lisa has been a member of the Williams & Hamman team for more than 30 years. Lisa has literally grown up in this practice. She enjoys watching kids grow as she helps to transform their smiles. She also loves that our doctors genuinely care about their patients. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys time at the lake with her family and friends.
Gonda
Financial Coordinator
Gonda has been with Williams & Hamman Orthodontics for many decades, and one of her favorite things about working here is meeting the patients and being able to follow them through treatment. She also loves working with excellent Christian doctors and staff who care for their patients so much! Gonda has a beautiful family and six grandchildren whom she and Tony treasure dearly. She loves helping at her church, meeting new people, being outdoors, traveling, and walking her fur babies Dixie and Stella.
Brittany
Treatment Coordinator
Brittany has worked for Dr. Williams and Dr. Hamman since 2006. She left in 2015 for maternity leave but was glad to come back to the team in 2018. She loves this practice because the team and patients are one big family, and all love each other. In her free time, Brittany enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Paula
Chairside Assistant
Paula has been with the Williams & Hamman Orthodontics crew since 2019. She’s been an excellent addition to the team and truly enjoys the happy environment of the practice and everyone’s positive attitudes. Outside of work, Paula likes to spend time with family and friends.
Kelly
Chairside Assistant & Clinic Coordinator
Kelly has been a part of the Williams & Hamman team for over ten years. Her favorite part about her job is seeing the smiles on patients’ faces after their transformation. Outside of the office, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies, going to concerts, and doing crafts.
Makayla
Treatment Coordinator
Makayla joined Williams & Hamman in 2025 after having four years of experience in the dental field. She now does an amazing job using the skills she learned to make our patients feel comfortable with their experience at Williams and Hamman. She is a huge animal lover and enjoys traveling and spending time with her nieces and nephew in her free time.
Holly Fitts
Office Manager
Holly joined Williams & Hamman in 2026 and brings 12 years of dental office experience to the team. She loves helping patients feel welcome and comfortable as soon as they walk through the door. Outside of work, she enjoys playing competitive billiards, relaxing at home with her dog Kobe, and spending time with her three adult children.
Alea
Marketing Coordinator
Alea is happiest being behind the scenes making funny videos for our socials, planning fun events at the office, or taking happies to the dentist around our area. She joined Williams & Hamman in the summer 2025 and realized marketing was her true calling. She loves spending time with her husband and two daughters as well as cuddling up on her porch swing to read a good book.
